This Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is drawn up in accordance with clause 2 of Art. 18.1 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data” No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 (as amended on July 21, 2014) as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of protection and processing of personal data and is valid for all personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Data) that the Organization (hereinafter referred to as the Operator, Center, Society) can receive from the subject of personal data while using the website located on the domain name  https://www.pla.ru/.

The operator ensures the protection of processed personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure, misuse or loss in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, Government Resolution of the Russian Federation dated November 1, 2012 N 1119 “On approval of requirements for protection of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems”, regulatory documents of authorized bodies.

1. Definition of terms.

The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1. “Administration of the website of RPE "Petroline-A" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Administration)” - authorized employees acting on behalf of RPE "Petroline-A" LLC, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of the processing of personal data, composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data

1.2. “Personal data” – any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).

1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” is a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has access to personal data to not allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis..

1.5. “Personal data made publicly available by the subject of personal data” – personal data to which an unlimited number of persons have access provided by the subject of personal data or at his request;

1.6. “Operator” is an organization processing personal data.

1.7. “User of the website of RPE "Petroline-A" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the User)” is a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the company’s Site.

1.8. “Dissemination of personal data” - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons.

1.9. “Providing personal data” - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons.

1.10. “Blocking of personal data” - temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

1.11. “Destruction of personal data” — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material media of personal data are destroyed;

1.12. “Depersonalization of personal data” - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific subject of personal data.

2. General provisions.

2.1. The User’s use of the website of RPE "Petroline-A" LLC means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User’s personal data

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the website of RPE "Petroline-A" LLC.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website of RPE "Petroline-A" LLC. The site does not control and is not responsible for third party sites that the User can access via links available on the company’s website.

2.4. The site administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Site User of RPE "Petroline-A" LLC.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy.

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Administration’s obligations to non-disclose and ensure a regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the Personal Data Subject provides to RPE "Petroline-A" LLC.

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out a form on the Website of RPE "Petroline-A" LLC, includes the following information:

• Last name, first name, patronymic of the Subject;
• Subject's Date of Birth;
• Subject's contact number;
• Subject's email address;
• Other similar information on the basis of which identification of the Personal Data Subject is possible.

3.3. Anonymized data that is automatically transmitted by the Site services during their use using the software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other program through which the services are accessed), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to services, addresses of requested pages and other similar information;Information about the User’s personal data is considered confidential (constituting a legally protected secret of the Sites). The confidentiality regime regarding personal data is lifted in cases provided for by law.

3.4. The Operator has the right to carry out with the received personal data of users all legally necessary actions related solely to achieving the purpose for which the Site was created and used.

3.5. Any other personal information not specified above is subject to secure storage and non-distribution.

4. Purposes of collecting Personal Data.

4.1. The site collects only those Personal Data that are necessary to provide services to the User.

4.2. The Operator processes the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

4.2.1. identification of the User when using certain services;

4.2.2. provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User;

4.2.3. establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests;

4.2.4. confirmation of the completeness of personal data provided by the User;

4.2.5. collection of statistics.

5. Methods and terms for processing Personal data

5.1. The source of information about all Personal Data of the User is directly the User of the Operator’s Website. The Operator does not receive or process Personal Data from other sources. By filling out any form on the Operator’s Website, the User thereby consents to the processing of his personal data for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Policy.

5.2. With regard to the User's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain services, the User agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.

5.3. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without a time limit in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools. The processing of Users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

5.4. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized government bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.5. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.6. The site administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

6. Obligations of the parties.

6.1. The user is obliged:

6.1.1. Provide correct information about personal data necessary for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Policy.

6.2. The site administration is obliged:

6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and also not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of paragraphs. 5.4. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of application or request from the User, or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in the event of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.

7. Responsibility of the parties.

7.1. The site administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of Personal Data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases provided for in paragraphs. 5.4. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public domain until lost or disclosed.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. Dispute Resolution.

8.1. In the event of any disputes or disagreements related to the implementation of this Privacy Policy, the User and the Operator will make every effort to resolve them through negotiations between them. If disputes are not resolved through negotiations, disputes shall be resolved in the manner established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.2. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Operator, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.3. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.

8.4. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority of Naberezhnye Chelny in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.5. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator.

9. Additional terms.

9.1. This consent to the terms of processing of personal data is valid for an indefinite period until it is withdrawn by the user through a personal request or by sending a written request to the legal address of the Operator’s organization. The chosen method of contact must guarantee the Operator’s ability to reliably identify the person applying.

9.2. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

9.3. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current edition is stored electronically on the Operator’s website at: https://www.pla.ru/.
